‘Easy-Transport’
system is based primarily on the
content of the Booking entry form.
This vital document can be viewed in full from almost every
screen with just 1 or 2 clicks on the mouse.

Columnar
Data Sorting Facility
Most
columns on screens other than the 2-week graphical type can be
sorted in ascending or descending order. Each time the button is
clicked in the heading section of the column to be sorted the sort
order is reversed.
The
screen(s) on which a booking’s prime data will be displayed is
determined by the recorded status of a booking at the time it is
displayed - Unallocated / In Progress / Completed / Invoice and/or
Paid.
Easy-Transport
provides constant information on incomes earned and costs incurred
in each separate major business activity.
On each screen one or more total values are shown covering,
as relevant – Unallocated Bookings, Orders in Transit, Completed
Orders, Customers’ Invoices, 3rd arty Driver Payments,
Vehicle Income and Vehicle Costs.
2-week
graphical displays are included on 4 separate screens showing the
daily and weekly individual and total values of income earned or
costs incurred.
The content and functionality of each tab on the Main Screen
